Handmade pieces are packed with care, but if something goes wrong we will put it right.

Damaged, broken or wrong item

Tell us within 3 days of delivery by phone or WhatsApp +92 339 0101002, or email humapkofficial@gmail.com, with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will replace the item or refund you, at no extra cost.

Change of mind

If you would like to exchange an undamaged, unused item, contact us within 3 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original packaging; return delivery for a change of mind is paid by the customer.

What is not a defect

Because every piece is made by hand, small differences in wood grain, colour, carving and size compared to the photos are normal and are not treated as defects.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet (JazzCash or Easypaisa) within 7 working days after we receive the returned item.
